Lil Kim Calls Nicki Minaj A "Stupid Hoe" [VIDEO]

Just yesterday, I commended Lil Kim for dropping a song without sending any shots to Nicki Minaj. Wellllll, it looks like I may have spoken too soon. Watch below in this clip from her interview with Bravo's Watch What Happens Live hosts Andy Cohen and Willie Geist as she dodges a few Nicki related questions and later refers to her as a "Stupid Hoe."

Common Says Beef With Drake Is Over [VIDEO]

Touré hit the Grammy red carpet to interview celebrities for the Fuse TV network, and he couldn't help but ask about Common's beef with Drake when he ran into The Dreamer/The Believer.  Watch below as Common considers the feud "over," and hit up the comments with your thoughts. I'm not so sure Drake feels the same way.

Lil Kim Disses Drake After Dancing To "The Motto" [VIDEO]

Sigh...

I grew up on Lil Kim and I love a lot of her music.  But whyyyyyyy, Lawd whyyyy, can't she just focus on what made her famous instead of trying to get a few minutes of newfound fame by continuing to harass Young Money.  Clearly, they don't care.

During a recent show in Tampa, Kim performed her hits "Lighters Up" and "Magic Stick," but took a break to twerk to Drake's "The Motto," right before calling him a "bitch a** ni**a." So you pop it to his verse and then diss? Oh, okay.

I give this a big o_O.  Send me your thoughts by hitting me up on Facebook and Twitter!

While Birdman was in L.A., he stopped through Big Boy's  Power 106 radio show and spoke on the ongoing lyrical feud between Common and Drake.  Watch below to see if Baby plans to take any action, or if he's going to be Ray Charles to all the beef.

Sounds like a good plan.

Got Beef? The Weeknd Has Drake's Back

Uh oh! Looks like The Weeknd has inserted himself into his first rap beef! The Toronto crooner took to Twitter yesterday after Common released his "Stay Schemin'" remix dissing Drake with no sort of remorse saying:
I personally think it was a great diss track (although I'm not too sure why Common's putting so much energy into this anyway), but I understand that the Weeknd's just taking up for his homie.

In other news, The Weeknd has been announced as part of the lineup for this year's Coachella music festival.  Check out the entire schedule HERE!

Got Beef? Common - Stay Schemin' (Drake Diss)

What a great way to start off a morning.

Common admitted that his The Dreamer/The Believer track "Sweet" was aimed at Drake when he took to Power 105's Breakfast Club show a few weeks ago.  I was curious to see if Drake would directly respond, but he stayed strictly subliminal when he fired back on the Rich Forever single "Stay Schemin."

With lines like "Back when if a nigga reached it was for the weapon/Nowadays niggas reach just to sell they record..." it was clear who Drake was talking about. His verse was one of the best on Ross's entire mixtape and was the complete opposite of sweet this time.

"Stay Schemin" has only been out for three days and Common's already got a response to Drake's verse.  To make it even more disrespectful, his response is on the SAME SONG, AND he leaves Drake's verse on his remix of the Rick Ross track!!

Listen to Common's "Stay Schemin'" diss below, and weigh in using the comments below! I want to talk about this!

Pill Explains Issue With Record Label & MMG [VIDEO]

Last week, Pill's twitter rant about not being seen as a top priority on his label received A LOT of attention and I'm sure ruffled a lot of feathers within Maybach Music Group.  In a recent Skype interview with MTV, Pill says that he was never signed to MMG.  Watch below to see how he feels about MMG rising stars Wale and Meek Mill, and to also hear his beef with Rick Ross.

Uh Oh! Looks like Pill's Unhappy At Maybach Music Group!

Uh oh...looks like someone's unhappy over at MMG. I figured with all its star power, someone would emerge with some not so positive words about their rank on the label's priorities.  Atlanta rapper Pill let the tweets fly earlier today about his frustrations:

Ludacris feat. Meek Mill - Say It To My Face [Music Video]

It seems "Bada Boom" was just a warm up.  Luda is relentless in his war against Drake and Big Sean and cranks it up to 1.21 Gigawatts with Meek Mill for the visuals to "Say It To My Face." Is this beef entertaining, or should Ludacris just give it up since neither Big Sean nor Drake is really responding?

Maya Angelou Upset With Common Over Use Of "Nigga" During Collaboration On "The Dreamer"

Looks like Common has ruffled a few feathers with literary legend Maya Angelou.  On his album The Dreamer/The Believer, which hits stores tomorrow, Mrs. Angelou gives a guest appearance on "The Dreamer." Along with the word "nigga," he uses explicit language throughout the song including a line ending with "exquisite thick bitches" during the first verse and the word "f**k."

Angelou reached out to the New York Post saying:
"I had no idea that Common was using the piece we had done together on [a track] in which he also used the ‘N’ word numerous times...I’m surprised and disappointed. I don’t know why he chose to do that. I had never heard him use that [word] before. I admired him so because he wasn’t singing the line of least resistance.”
Common responded promptly saying that the poet laureate is already aware that he uses "nigga" in his songs. "She knows I do use the word. She knows that’s part of me." According to the NY Post, he didn't tell her that he would be using the controversial word during their collaboration.

Listen to their collaboration track "The Dreamer" below, and tell me if you think Common is wrong for saying "nigga" in their track or if Maya Angelou is overreacting by hitting me up on Facebook or Twitter!

Got Beef? Yelawolf vs. Machine Gun Kelly

Sadly it seems that white rappers are facing the similar plight of women in the rap industry.  For some reason, there seems to be a certain territoriality when one or few rappers of a certain background (or sex) are thriving which often leaves to beef as seen between Lil Kim & Nicki, Foxy vs. Lil Kim, and pretty much every female emcee.

Cleveland Rager Machine Gun Kelly and Alabama spitter Yelawolf seem to be falling victim to this phenomenon as a result of constant comparisons due to their IDGAF partying personas, tattoos, quick flows, and of course...their race.  Recently, Machine Gun Kelly faced the comparisons head on when being interviewed on the Breakfast Club and started firing shots all over the studio when Yelawolf was mentioned.

Watch below at around the 11:30 mark to hear MGK admit that he feels like Yelawolf took shots at him, especially during the BET Cypher! Would you agree?

Got Beef?: Irv Gotti vs. Lloyd

MTV RapFix Live has got to be the most explosive show in Hip Hop right now.  I don't know if it's the atmosphere, Sway's amazing interviewing skills, free liquor, or what, but something seems to pop off every week! It never fails!

On last week's episode, Sway held a very in depth chat with Irv Gotti about his regrets in the music business, his desire to be Def Jam President, and his former Murder Inc. artist, Lloyd.  The latter subject  definitely struck a nerve with him because he went OFF about how he feels Lloyd completely disrespected him once he left the record label.

He even went as far to question Lloyd's sexuality and say that if he got hit by a car, he wouldn't think twice about it. Watch the full interview below:

Got Beef? Charlamagne (Lil Young Shorty) Responds to Nick Cannon With Diss Track

After Nick Cannon decided to come at Power 105.1 personality, Charlamagne Tha God, with his diss track, "Warning," Charlamagne had no choice but to respond. Right? :-/

Check out Charlamagne's alter ego, Lil Young Shorty, who has some insults for the Mr. Mariah Carey in his diss track, "Wack On Wack On Wack."

This needs to end before they both run out of words to use in their rhyming dictionaries.

Got Beef? Diddy vs. Grey Goose Drinkers [VIDEO]

Looks like another member of the Money Team lost has lost his s**t.  Ray J passes the torch to fellow Ciroc Boy, Diddy, as Diddy proceeds to take the mic while onstage in Atlanta's Compound nightclub and cuss out a clubgoer who purchased Grey Goose in the club.  Sigh.

Thankfully, T.I. had some sense and put him in his place.  Take a look below for the embarrasing video clip.  Hopefully Diddy doesn't lose his endorsement money over this foolishness.

Got Beef? Ray J vs. Fabolous

Courtesy of Freshalina of Crunk & Disorderly
What a day, what a day.  When I arose from the Otis yell alarm clock on my Macbook, I had no idea that Twitter was going to bless Black America this morning with a jewel as precious as this.  Rumors of an altercation between Ray J and Fabolous in Vegas circulated last night, and I had to follow the story so that I could this spread foolishness and f*ckery to all of those who enter the world of Gangstas Use Emoticons.  I decided to wait until both Ray J and Fabolous spoke their peace so I could recap everything all at once.

Apparently, Ray J didn't take it lightly when Fabolous and Kevin Hart made a few jokes on Twitter about Ray J's cameo on Floyd Mayweather's recent documentary that premiered on HBO.  Read Fab's tweets and get the rest of the recap after the jump!

Got Beef? Lil Wayne Disses Jay-Z in New Carter IV Track

Back in January, eyebrows were raised a little when Jay-Z seemed to take a subtle jab at Lil Wayne and the Young Money Cash Money empire when he said the following on the "Watch The Throne" track H.A.M. with Kanye West:

"Like these rappers rap about all that shit that I do really/I'm like really, half a billy nigga really? You got Baby money/Keep it real with niggas/Niggas ain't got my lady money..."
Lil Wayne was interviewed about the possible diss and had this to say:
"Actually, the subject that he's talking about in that line, I can't box with the god. I'd be the first one to tell you that, given my wit, and the type of person that I am, I'd capitalize and I'd play off of it."

Seems like Weezy's had a change of heart since then.  His track It's Good with Drake and Jadakiss has leaked, and Lil' Wayne's disses are anything but subtle.

Listen to the track after the jump.
