Joey Bada$$ stopped by Shade 45's Sway In The Morning this week where he was uncharacteristically open in an interview about discussing how the suicide of his Pro Era brother and friend Capital STEEZ has impacted him.

Watch below as he reveals that his feelings have been laid over a new track, and watch him eagerly lay down three freestyles to the impeccable beat selection of DJ Wonder.

In case you missed it, stream and download Pro Era's Peep The Aprocalypse below, which features some mean verses from the late Capital STEEZ.

[New Mixtape] Juelz Santana - "God Will'n"

Juelz Santana was undeniably one of the biggest emcees in New York during Dipset's reign at the start of the millenium. Luke James - "Make Love To Me" + 'Whispers In The Dark' [Free Album]

Whenever I hear someone saying that R&B has taken a turn for the worst, I counter by introducing that person to a handful of artists including Luke James who are gladly and effortlessly bearing the responsibilities of progressing the genre with high levels of originality and skill.

The New Orleans bred singer is nominated for a Grammy for his vocal performance on breakthrough single "I Want You" and attempts to create even more magic with his single "Make Love To Me" written by Ne-Yo.

Buy: Luke James - "Make Love To Me" (iTunes)

I definitely encourage you to check out the video for "Make Love To Me" after the jump which features a lot of great cameos, but first, do yourself a favor and download his most recent FREE project, Whispers In The Dark.

Mike WiLL Made It - "Est. In 1989 (Part 2.5)" [New Mixtape]

Elijah Blake - Bijoux 22 [FreEP]

If you're not familiar with Elijah Blake as the songwriter behind Keyshia Cole's "Enough Of No Love," Usher's "Climax," and more, don't worry. You'll get familiar soon.

The Roc Nation signed songwriter also has a promising career as an artist, being featured on "Presidential," one of the standouts from Rick Ross' God Forgives, I Don't. Get more of a feel for who Mr. Blake is on a more personal level as he presents his new EP Bijoux 22, which further shows how deep of a roster No I.D.'s Artium/Def Jam collective is.

DJ Dahi - T.O.Y.S. 2.0 [Beat Tape]

Lately I've found myself wishing I could go back to the days when my main worries included waking up early enough on Saturdays to catch my favorite cartoons and which Kool-Aid my mom was going to make.

Thankfully, DJ Dahi put my feelings into sound as he presents his latest beat tape T.O.Y.S. 2.0, with each track drawing inspiration from a  toy or cartoon he grew up loving as a child. Stream the project below from the brains behind Kendrick Lamar's "Money Trees," Dom Kennedy's "My Type Of Party," and more.

Omarion - "Care Package" [FreEP]

I'll be the first to admit that I've had a lot of laughs (especially this year) at the the expense of Maybach O. But I'm also not ashamed to admit that the guy's actually got an impressive catalogue of music behind him.

Omarion's recent status as a member of MMG seems to have been a great move and has resulted in the Self Made 2 favorite "M.I.A." and now his latest EP, Care Package, which introduces us to six new songs. Download after the jump.
