Complex Mag Breaks Down Why Jay-Z's "The Blueprint" Is Better Than "Reasonable Doubt"

I'm a huge Jay-Z fan and I always go back and forth on what my favorite album is from him. Personally, American Gangster is at the top of the list, followed by The Blueprint and Reasonable Doubt.  American Gangster didn't receive enough credit and success as the latter, so I understand why the main competition is between his 1996 debut and the 2001 smash.

Complex Magazine, the undisputed king of lists, put together a wonderful argument as to why The Blueprint takes the crown.  They weigh multiple components required to make a classic album, and give the winning album a point for each round.

Next Up: Complex's 15 New Rappers to Watch Out For

I'm pretty much addicted to Complex's lists.  I learn about new artists, I get more info about my favorite artists, and I don't feel like throwing my MacBook out the window like I do when I read XXL's list of Freshmen.

Today, they released their list of 15 New Rappers to Watch Out For.  Overall, I think the list is great. There are some names I'm not too familiar with like Action Bronson, ASAP Rocky, V-Nasty and Hopsin (doing research now), but there are some rappers that I'm really feeling like Casey Veggies, Ab Soul, Bad Boy's newest artist Machine Gun Kelly (praying for you), and MMG's Stalley.
