As part of The FADER and Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum's Step Into The Black concert series, ten awesome concerts are taking place over the next ten weeks all across the country. Included in the lineup of performers for the series are Polica, Dam Funk, Thee Oh Sees, and the lovely Ms. Jhené Aiko.

Although the loss of Whitney Houston is still fresh to many of us, her life was celebrated last night at the Billboard Music Awards. Whoopi Goldberg introduced John Legend and Jordin Sparks who performed "The Greatest Love Of All" and "I Will Always Love You," respectively, to honor the memory of the superstar.
