Black Hippy - Black Lip Bastard (Remix) [Music Video]

I'm glad I got some life about me and fired GUE back up tonight. First we get the Khaled, Nas & Scarface, and now Black Hippy dropped a video? Man, I love music.

Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul, ScHoolboy Q and Jay Rock have been making moves to take over the world individually, but they come together to shoot the video to Soul's "Black Lip Bastard" remix. Control System, in stores now!

A Black Hippy album probably won't happen for a couple of years, so whenever they're all on a track together it'll be an event. Looks like Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q will be lending their talents to Ab-Soul's Control System album dropping this Friday, May 11.

New Music: Schoolboy Q - There He Go

Habits n Contradictions is shaping up to be a problem! A few weeks he dropped "Druggys Wit Hoes Again" with Ab Soul, who believes that Schoolboy's project is better than Kendrick Lamar's Section.80. That's saying something right there!

New Music: Schoolboy Q - Druggy's Wit Hoes Again ft. Ab Soul

Schoolboy Q revealed last week on Twitter that his upcoming project will be called Habits n Consequences, a prequel to his debut Setbacks.  I am a huge fan of his first project, and I think that Schoolboy Q is the most underrated member of Black Hippy.  Listen to "Druggys Wit Hoes Again ," to get a taste of HnC, which Ab Soul claims is better than Kendrick Lamar's classic Section.80.  If that's the case, drop that $h*t now!!!

Next Up: Kendrick Lamar

I'm hoping you've already heard of Kendrick Lamar and his music.  If not, prepare to be amazed. Hailing from Compton, CA, he's mastered his craft by incorporating his first and second hand experiences of the streets. I've been bumping all three of his albums since J. Cole mentioned him on UStream in the fall and after one listen, I wished I'd heard of him before.

Signed to Top Dawg Entertainment, Lamar is also 1/4 of Black Hippy along with Jay Rock, Ab Soul, and Schoolboy Q who are all going to do some serious damage to the game.

Buy Kendrick's #Section.80 on iTunes today. Jay Rock's Follow Me Home will be available on July 26th.

The video above shows Kendrick rapping his #Section.80 song "Hol' Up" to Jay-Z "What We Talkin' Bout." Shouts to Hip Hop Music Now for the video.  Hit the jump for some more music and downloads.
