[Music Video] Terri Walker & Nicole Wray (Lady) - "Get Ready" + Full Album Stream

Nicole Wray's voice has always been something special, and thankfully for us, the "Make It Hot" singer is still sharing her vocals with the world as she and London singer Terri Walker have banded together to form Lady.

Their self titled debut album is a nostalgic trip to the Motown era as Nicole and Terri add their current R&B spin to a classic sound. Courtesy of Rolling Stone, stream Lady in full after the jump, but first watch the visuals to their single "Get Ready."

Last Thursday, Solange Knowles brought new material from her True EP live to the Masquerade in Atlanta, and surprised everyone by bringing out Janelle Monae and the rest of the Wondaland Arts Society to jam out to her hit "Losing You."

If you're cursing at yourself like me for missing such a great show, be sure to catch a live performance while you can!

Frank Ocean - "Eyes Like Sky"

Frank Ocean is starting off 2013 with two Grammy Awards under his belt and about 11 songs crafted for his sophomore album.  While we wait to hear what Frank has in store with producers like Pharrell, Danger Mouse, and Malay, take a listen to the previously unreleased "Eyes Like Sky."

Though the track didn't make the cut for Channel Orange, "Eyes Like Sky" definitely deserved to see the light of day. Your girl's got puns.

[Music Video] Miguel - "Candles In The Sun"

Sometimes it's easy to get caught up in our own worlds and we forget that some of our brothers and sisters need a helping hand.

Miguel addresses the human condition in the visuals to Kaleidoscope Dream's closing track "Candles In The Sun:"
"It's so easy to ignore what's right in front of us sometimes. I wanted to create a song and visual that addressed my everyday concerns of life as I know it in the world that we live in."

BJ The Chicago Kid - "Honey"

Any label was lucky to have the talented BJ The Chicago Kid on their roster, but Motown seems like a perfect fit for my favorite R&B singer who's bound to have an amazing 2013.

Working with veteran producer B!nk, BJ puts his own spin to Aaliyah's "Rock The Boat" on his new single "Honey." Pineapple Now-Laters is in stores now!
