[New Mixtape] Scotty x DJ Burn One - 'F.A.I.T.H.'

"You don't use our music to get high. They use our music to get by..."

A powerful statement like that puts a lot of responsibility on Atlanta emcee Scotty, but he delivers 100% on his new mixtape F.A.I.T.H. (Foreva Atlanta In The Heart) with DJ Burn One. Surely the next to blow out of the A, Scotty gets support from Big K.R.I.T., Trinidad Jame$, Le$, Killa Kyleon, Miloh Smith, Ebony Love, and more.

Stream + download F.A.I.T.H. below, and get used to seeing Scotty's name a lot more on GsUseEmoticons.

Scotty ft. Trinidad Jame$ - "Conversations On That Brown"

Scotty's been a force in Atlanta for quite some time, but thanks to an impressive showing at SXSW's #NewAtlanta showcase and a headlining tour, the rapper is bound to take on bigger and better things in 2013.

Debuting the artwork for his upcoming project F.A.I.T.H. (Foreva Atlanta In The Heart) with DJ Burn One, he also drops the project's first reveal, "Conversations On That Brown" with fellow New Atlanta representative Trinidad Jame$.

Stream the track below, and be sure to watch what you say on that brown (or clear) this weekend!

Jackie Chain, Scotty & RaRa - "Pimpin Mane" (Prod. by Kato of SMKA)

SMKA, a brain trust in Atlanta known for bringing some of today's budding musicians together for dope collaborative projects, has outdone itself as they held The Hang Out:
Atlanta production collective, SMKA, blocked out 882 Studios for 4 days, and invited many of Atlanta’s most talented and progressive hip-hop artists to hang out, eat, drink, collaborate and make music. The Hang Out took place from February 7 - 10, and for 14 hours a day, 4 days straight, Justin Padron, of 882 Studios, recorded artists over SMKA production.
The Hang Out compilation features more than 50 different artists on 20 original records produced entirely by 808 Blake and Kato of SMKA. The Hang Out showcases the depth of talent, and diversity, that makes Atlanta’s hip-hop community the most creative and influential in the world.
Check out the project's first leak, "Pimpin Mane," below featuring Alabama's Jackie Chain and ATL rappers Scotty and RaRa over a Kato production.

Part 1 of The Hang Out is set to drop March 26th and if you're in the A in March 23rd, be sure to hit The Star Bar for The Hang Out Release Party.
