GLC - Eternal Sunshine of the Pimpin Mind [New Mixtape]

GLC's got another new project for us this year and he's enlisted the help of his animated alter ego Tator Chip to personify all that is pimpin' in the world.  The mixtape, Eternal Sunshine of the Pimpin Mind, named after one of my favorite indie movies, is something you've gotta check out.  With subjects like "Nutrious Titties" and "Loyal Hoe," how could you not??

Troy Ave - Merlot [Music Video]

Brooklyn spitter Troy Ave has been making a lot of waves with his mixtape Bricks In My Backpack 2: Powder To The People, and now he's got some visuals for the ladies with "Merlot." New Music Video: Obii Say - Hey, I Remember You + Donuts For The Villagers [New Mixtape]

Detroit may be a pretty long distance from D.C., but that didn't stop emcee Obii Say from being heavily influenced by the likes of the late J. Dilla and Slum Village.  On his latest project Donuts for the Villagers Obii reminds us how important their music has been to Hip Hop as he rhymes over classic Dilla beats.

Check out the visuals for the tribute's first single, "Hey, I Remember You," an honest love story about a man wishing he could be with a girl who's already been scooped up.  If you're feeling it, make sure you check out Donuts for the Villagers after the jump!

New Music Video: Young Dro - Maserati

Here's a name I haven't heard in a while, but maybe that's because I haven't been looking. ATL representative Young Dro is supposedly back in a major way with his latest mixtape Drocabulary, and here is the visual offering for his track "Maserati." Word in the Tweets is that Young Dro is coming at Drake & Rick Ross's heads with a new mixtape called YOLO My Ass. This should be interesting...
