Beyoncé - "Bow Down / I Been On"

Ever since dominating television sets since the Super Bowl and the premiere of her HBO documentary, fans have speculated that Beyoncé would have new music on the way in time for her forthcoming tour.

Well last night, Bey flexed her pass as King Bey as she dropped the dual tracks "Bow Down" and "I Been On." Though "Bow Down" was produced by Hit-Boy and "I Been On" is a joint effort between Polow Da Don, Timbaland, Sonny Digital and Planet VI, the common denominator is the subject matter which I loosely sum up as this: I've been the shit since birth and will continue to be forever. Question that if you're about that life.

Listen to Beyoncé's latest and don't be shy. Hit the comments with your thoughts!

Kelly Rowland - "Kisses Down Low"

If you thought "Motivation" and "Ice" were racy, you've got another thing coming. With the help of writers Planet VI and producer Mike WiLL Made ItKelly Rowland takes it to another level (a lower level) with "Kisses Down Low." With a hook that seems inspired by T.I.'s "Top Back," this definitely seems like a guaranteed radio and club smash.

Planet VI ft. Jarren Benton - Trouble

Planet VI (formerly known as Rock City) keeps it in the SMKA family as they link up with Kevin Bacon's Freebasing buddy Jarren Benton on "Trouble." At first listen, this may sound like a nice party cut, but the content is definitely something I need all my emoticon using G's to pay attention to. Expect more thought provoking tracks on their upcoming mixtape The American Nightmare, set to hit the net on August 28th.

Jarren Benton - Freebasing With Kevin Bacon [New Mixtape]

Thanks to the success of Jarren Benton's first tape Huffing Glue With Hasselhoff, his new project Freebasing With Kevin Bacon was one of the most anticipated projects of the summer. I'm listening now, and this definitely doesn't disappoint. Definitely think I'm going to make his release party fit into my plans this Saturday.

Stream and download Freebasing With Kevin Bacon below, which features 2 Chainz, Freeway, Playboy Tre, Jon Connor, Rittz, Aleon Craft, Gangsta Boo and more!

Planet VI (Formerly Rock City) - American Dream [New Mixtape]

Brothers Timothy and Teron Thomas who are the minds behind hits like Rihanna's "Man Down," Mario's "Music For Love," and The Pussycat Dolls' "When I Grow Up," are renewing their position as artists under the new moniker Planet VI.  Formerly known as Rock City, the duo finally cut ties with Akon's Konvict Records/Interscope after years of frustrations with the label.

To give Planet VI a proper introduction, the Virgin Islands representers just dropped the brand new mixtape The American Dream that includes production from Boi-1da and Tha Bizness, and features artists including Bei Maejor, 2 Chainz, Dom Kennedy, Chase N. Ca$he, and more.  Stream/download the mixtape below, and get used to hearing Planet VI more often because they're not going anywhere!
