New Music Video: Laelo - Trading Places
Word about Laelo was spreading fast during the A3C Festival. His material was everywhere, and I couldn't help but check him out. What stook out to me was the music video for "Trading Places," which samples a cover of Kate Hill's "Running Up That Hill."
I'll let Laelo explain the concept behind the song:
Have you ever thought about what you would do if given the power of the Almighty for 24 hours? I'm sure some of you have. Some say it's arrogant to ever try to imagine what you would do with God's powers. What do you think?

Producer Jahlil Beats Signs With Roc Nation [VIDEO]
Producer Jahlil Beats has been the brain behind a slew of hit songs like Meek Mill's "Ima Boss" and tracks for Chris Brown, Tyga and Jae Millz. The Chester, PA native has definitely been recognized as an up and coming phenom and took to Twitter last night to announce that he has signed a production deal with Roc Nation. Congrats! I know there's nothing but bangers in store.

New Music: Bridget Kelly - Seek and Destroy
Roc Nation's next songstress to blow, Bridget Kelly, has slowly become one of my favorite new singers. She's edgy, beautiful, AND she can probably outsing most female R&B artists out here now. Listen and download "Seek and Destroy" below, a powerful, rock influenced track written by The-Dream, in which Bridget Kelly bluntly tells her man that he better not break her heart.
Her upcoming project, Every Girl EP, drops this Wednesday (10/19)!

Behind The Scenes of Birdman's Video "Y.U. Mad" ft. Lil Wayne & Nicki Minaj
Nicki Minaj said she's the "female Weezy" on the track "Y.U. Mad" and now she's showing visual proof with a head full of dreads just like her mentor. Check out some behind the scenes footage of the video shoot below and hit the jump to watch Nicki's full Weezy impersonation!
New Music: Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa - French Inhale ft. Mike Posner
Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa are soon to be titled the next Method Man & Redman given that they're putting out a weed-themed movie together called Mac and Devin Go To High School. I can already imagine how foolish this will be, especially since Snoop's a few years younger than my mom...
Anyways, they're dropping an original soundtrack for the film, which will feature the track "French Inhale" featuring Mike Posner. Check it out below!

Big K.R.I.T. Holds A Listening Session for "Live From The Underground"
Big K.R.I.T.'s Def Jam debut album may have been pushed back to the top of 2012, but the majority of the album is complete. Watch below to see what went down when he held an album listening party and took questions that got K.R.I.T. to discuss collaborations, his history with Def Jam, and his involvement with T.I.'s "I'm Flexin'."
