Ashley Nicole - Pull The Plug

Since I've already got you in an R&B mood with the last two posts, I think it's the perfect time to introduce you to Atlanta singer-songwriter Ashley Nicole. If you're trying to recall where you've seen her from, you may have seen her performing on BET in '09 as part of Tiny & Toya's now disbanded group.

After being mentored by stars like Tiny (of Xscape), Ne-Yo and Usher, the songstress is ready to take the music world by storm as a solo artist.  Check out the Boogie Wizzard penned and produced ballad "Pull The Plug" that captures the vulnerability one feels when making the decision to let go and end a relationship.

Tyrese - Fireworkz (Remix) feat. Big Sean, T.I. & Busta Rhymes

Tyrese mentioned earlier this month that he had a banger of a remix he was waiting patiently to drop, and here we have it right in time for New Years.  I don't know about other DJs out here, but this is one of those tracks that I can tell will HAVE to be played at parties I do.  With Big Sean, T.I., AND Busta Rhymes dropping verses and David Banner on the production, it's pretty much a done deal.

Ace Hood - My Speakers [Music Video] + The Statement 2 [New Mixtape]

While I may get sick of trying to tell the difference between his beats, I like Ace Hood because he's speaks a lot of truth in his bars.  One example is his latest track "My Speakers." Underneath all the booty shaking are some real statements, and Ace has definitely made some on his latest mixtape The Statement 2.

Looks like ya boy isn't a one hit wonder after all! Stream/download The Statement 2 after the jump!

Crooked I - Cocaine Is A Helluva Drug

Crooked I let loose of an unreleased track that didn't quite make the cut on his latest project In None We Trust: The Prelude EP.  Check out "Cocaine Is A Helluva Drug" below where Crooked speaks on the effects of drugs in the hood from different perspectives.

Mike WiLL Made It - Est. In 1989 (Last of A Dying Breed) [New Mixtape]

Mike WiLL has definitely earned his spot as one of the hottest up and coming producers in Hip Hop this year.  After getting his first placement with Gucci Mane at the age of 18, he took the music world by storm by producing hits for Rick Ross, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Young Jeezy, 50 Cent and more.

Although he's accomplished more at the age of 23 than most have in a lifetime, Mike WiLL is just introducing himself and what he can do sonically.
“For Est. In 1989, Mike WiLL pulled together a mix of tracks new and old, giving new fans a chance to catch up on the breadth of his production, while keeping things interesting with a handful of exclusives. "A lot of people knew the name Mike WiLL Made It but didn't know the work; some people knew the work but not the name," explains Mike, "Est. In 1989 touches on all of that – it brings fans up to speed, while giving them some tracks they can't find anywhere else.” -Audible Treats
Check out the full mixtape below, which features Gucci Mane, Young Jeezy, Big Boi, Yo Gotti, 2 Chainz, Waka Flocka Flame, Future,  the late Slim Dunkin, and more, along with drops from the likes of DJ Drama, DJ Teknikz, DJ Scream, DJ Holiday, DJ Infamous, Beestroh, Sense, and others!
